Base:
150 gram mentega tawar
200 gram dark chocolate sponge tumbuk kasar
Isi:
500 gram cream cheese 5 gram salt
500 gram whipped cream 9 egg yolk
250 gram mango puree 30 ml warm water
200 gram sugar 250 ml fresh milk
30 gram gelantine
Garnish:
Seasional fresh fruit Honey; Lime
• Siapkan loyang bongkar pasang diameter 22 cm.
Base:
• Lelehkan mentega, masukkan biscuit, aduk rata.
• Masukkan campuran chocolate sponge & mentega ke dalam loyang ratakan hingga seluruh dasar loyang tertutup rata. Masukkan dalam lemari pembeku. Sisihkan.
Isi:
1. Mix cream cheese and milk.
2. Beat: Egg yolk + sugar + salt.
3. Add 1 + 2
4. Mix Gelantin with warm water. Add 3 + 4.
5. Add puree mango & whipped cream
6. Pour into spring form. Put in freezer. Garnish with fresh fruits pre soak in honey and lime.
